You may eat up to 4 cookies throughout the day, 1 cookie at a time with water,
preferably every 2 - 3 hours or when you feel hungry. Start with your first cookie within
an hour of waking up. If you snack in the evening, then save 1 cookie for after dinner. underWAY™

- Drink at least 64 ounces of sugar-free, calorie-free liquids (i.e., eight 8 ounce servings) preferably water.
- For dinner, eat 10 - 14 ounces of lean protein with up to 5 servings of non-starchy vegetables.
If necessary, split the protein portion only into a small lunch and small dinner. Be consistent with your
daily routine to best control your hunger.
- Include at least 3 and preferably 5 servings of vegetables for dinner. Eat a small salad first as an
appetizer, and then more vegetables with your protein or have one large salad topped with lean protein.
Vegetables may be fresh, frozen or canned and eaten raw, steamed, roasted, grilled, sautéed, boiled or baked.
- Foods may be baked, steamed, broiled, poached, grilled and sautéed in non-stick spray.
No fats, no oils and no frying are permitted.
- Salad dressings and other condiments used for your dinner meal should not contain more than 40 calories
(i.e., 4 tbls. of 10 calories per serving dressing). Use salt substitute when seasoning.
- Take one multivitamin a day.

*If you are 6'2" in height, increase your daily cookies by one per day and if you are 6'4" in height,
increase your daily cookies by two per day.
No-No's!
- Do not eat fruit or drink fruit juice. The natural sugar will cause hunger.
- Do not eat bread, pasta, corn, rice or potatoes.
- Coffee creamer and milk products should not be used as they can make you hungry. Use Zilch® only.
- Use sugar substitutes only. No sugar or honey in any form.
- Use breath strips and sprays only. Chewing gum and breath mints should not be used. They may trigger hunger.
- Alcoholic beverages are completely forbidden. This will stop your weight loss.
